MEMBER FEE

Member tickets are available for members of the following societies: CINP, AsCNP, JSNP, JSCNP, IABPP, KCNP, TSBPN, PCPsych, PSS NP section, CPS NP section.

REGULAR FEE

If you are not a member of any of the societies listed above and would liket to benefit from the reduced registration fee, become a CINP member before continuing your congress registration: https://cinp.org/Join-CINP

EARLY CAREER FEE

During the registration process you will be asked to upload a letter from your institution or workplace including: address, stamp, head officer’s name and signature.

STUDENT FEE

During the registration process you will be asked to upload your Student ID.

LOW & MIDDLE INCOME COUNTRY FEES

If you study or work in one of the following countries, you can register at a reduced fee. During the registration process you will be asked to upload a copy of your passport as well as a letter from your institution or workplace including: address, stamp, head officer’s name and signature.

VISA INVITATION LETTER

If you require a VISA Invitation Letter, you can request it online, during the registration process. You will receive it via email after payment of the congress fee.

WELCOME RECEPTION

Access to the Welcome Reception on June 15 is included in the ticket. Should you wish to bring a guest, you can buy an additional ticket during the registration process at the cost of USD 85.

EARLY CAREER WELCOME RECEPTION

Join us on June 15 in the afternoon at the CINP Members Lounge, free of charge. This event will take place at the Congress Venue.

CINP MEMBERS RECEPTION

CINP Members are invited to a reception on June 16, 2025, free of charge, in the CINP Members' Lounge at the Congress Venue.

NETWORKING DINNER

Tickets for the Networking Dinner can be booked during the registration process. The Dinner is taking place on Tuesday June 17 at the Showtime Events Centre (6 walking minutes from the venue). Dress code: smart casual.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation is possible before or on March 5, 2025. After this date a refund is no longer possible and the full participation fee must be paid. Please note that there will be a processing fee of USD 60.

NAME CHANGE

Rebooking your registration to a substitute participant is possible at a handling fee of USD 60 at any time prior to the issuing of the congress badge. Once the participant has been issued their badge, no name change is possible anymore.
