Cancellation or Postponement

CINP and AsCNP accept no liability for cancellation or postponement of the congress for reasons beyond its reasonable control resulting from an act of God, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion. If CINP and AsCNP should elect to re-schedule the conference, all registrations and additional items are automatically rolled over to the new dates of the conference. If the congress is cancelled, the liability is limited to a refund of registration costs. CINP and AsCNP will not refund any travel & accommodation costs associated with the cancellation of the event.

Catering

During the morning coffee break and the afternoon coffee break, coffee and tea will be served in the Exhibition Area. During the lunch break, lunch boxes will be served in the symposium halls as well as in the exhibition area.

Certificate of Attendance

Your certificate of attendance will be sent to you by email after the congress.

CINP Members’ General Assembly

The CINP General Assembly will be held during the congress. Please note: Only CINP members in good standing (having paid their membership dues for the year 2025) are eligible to attend the General Assembly.

CME Accreditation

We will apply to EACCME, the European accreditation body, which offers accreditation for events worldwide. EACCME credits are recognised by the AMA and RCPSC; we anticipate obtaining a minimum of 20 hours' credits and will provide regular updates as to the accreditation process.

Congress App

The Congress App will be available for download from all common platforms 1 week before the start of the Congress.

Congress Bag

Congress Bags will be distributed next to the Registration Desk.

Congress Language

The official language of the Congress is English.
All abstract submissions and presentations must be submitted in English.

Insurance

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. CINP and AsCNP accept no responsibility or liability against cancellations of bookings, loss or inconvenience or theft/damage of belongings.

Liability

The congress organisers and the venue will not accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage to property incurred during the CINP-AsCNP 2025 Joint Congress. You are strongly encouraged to arrange your own travel and health insurance.

Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception

All registered participants and accompanying persons are cordially invited to the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception, which will be held on Sunday afternoon, June 15, 2025.
The Opening Ceremony, including a Keynote Lecture, will take place in the Plenary Hall. The subsequent Welcome Reception will be held in the Exhibition Area.

Parking

Wilson Parking operates a secure underground car park at the Exhibition Centre that offers a range of flexible rates.

Photos & Videos

By participating in the CINP-AsCNP Joint Conmgress, each congress participant acknowledges and allows CINP and AsCNP to record, film, or photograph their attendance and use these images or videos in all media forms, now and in the future, without the need for further consent or payment.

Poster Area

The Poster Area will be located in the same space as the Exhibition & Catering Area. If you are a poster presenter, please submit your poster at the Poster Desk, located in the Poster Area.

Registration Desk

The registration desk will be located at the entrance level of the MCEC.

All speakers of the congress are required to deliver their presentation to the Speaker Ready Room 3 hours prior to their talk.

Venue

Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre
1 Convention Centre Place, South Wharf, Victoria 3006
Built on the banks of the Yarra River, the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) is located in walking distance from the heart of the city.
Its total size is 70,000 square metres, making it the largest convention and exhibition venue in Australia. Along the river you can find a promenade with cafés and restaurants. Hotels are within walking distance.

Visa

All foreign visitors entering Australia must hold a valid passport.
PLEASE CHECK THE CURRENT VISA REQUIREMENTS WITH THE AUSTRALIAN CONSULATE/EMBASSY IN YOUR COUNTRY BEFORE TRAVELLING TO AUSTRALIA.
A Visa Invitation Letter can be requested during the registration process and will be issued after payment of the congress fee.

Free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the congress.
